Physiological Section – Maca Soup

Yummy Healthy Maca Soup!

Ingredients:

  • 2 table spoons maca powder
  • 1 and half cups fresh tomato juice
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 – celery stalks
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 3 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup dried botija olives, pitted and diced
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients but leave bell peppers, Olives and parsley, and smooth it.
  • Pour in bowls or cups and garnish it with bell peppers, Olives and parsley.
  • Enjoy Yummy delicious soup.
