Physiological Section – Maca Soup

Yummy Healthy Maca Soup!
Ingredients:
- 2 table spoons maca powder
- 1 and half cups fresh tomato juice
- 1 cucumber
- 1 – celery stalks
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 3 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup dried botija olives, pitted and diced
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients but leave bell peppers, Olives and parsley, and smooth it.
- Pour in bowls or cups and garnish it with bell peppers, Olives and parsley.
- Enjoy Yummy delicious soup.
